The Department of Economics organizes an annual series of Research Seminars and Workshops in Economic Sciences, featuring invited researchers from Greece and abroad who present their latest work. The purpose of these seminars is to facilitate the exchange of ideas, promote active academic dialogue, and strengthen connections with international research networks, while fostering a vibrant research culture that supports both teaching and research output.
Presentations take place in person in the "Kosmas Psychopedis" Room (416) of the Gryparion Megaron and are also live-streamed via the Delos platform.
The seminar series is organized by Professor Dimitris Kenourgios (dkenourg@econ.uoa.gr), Professor Georgios Dotsis (gdotsis@econ.uoa.gr), and Associate Professor Frago Kourandi (fkourandi@econ.uoa.gr).
