Electronic Registration of Freshmen
Η Online registration of the successful candidates of the Panhellenic Examinations is carried out electronically, through the electronic platform of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs. The registration dates are announced by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs ( www.minedu.gov.gr ).
The application for registration, unless there is a modification by the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, is made at the following address https://eregister.it.minedu.gov.gr, by entering the 8-digit candidate exam code and the same password you used to access the online application of the computerised application form. Instructions are given in the special application.

Identity - Identification of data - Registration in the Department.
You should come to the Secretariat of the Department (the dates of the prayer are specified in an announcement on the Department's website). with the following supporting documents:
- Original identity card or passport
- A photocopy of your identity card or passport
- A printout of the original registration application from the Ministry's online application (as described above)
- One (1) recent photo ID type photo.
The identification process is mandatory in order to complete your registration and you will be given access codes to the services of our University.
Students of the Department, during the registration process in the Department, are obliged to follow the registration process in the student services of the University of Athens through the following website: https://webadm.uoa.gr/katsika/users/src/app_initial.php.
Through the above website they create their personal username and password (username and password respectively), which they will need during their studies.
By using their username and personal password, students can access the website https://my-uni.uoa.gr and to register exclusively online (when the Secretariat announces the deadlines for course registrations) the courses and texts they wish to take for each academic semester.

The Uniway mobile application is available for the undergraduate students of the University of Athens http://uniway.gr for Android and Apple phones. It provides the following information and micro-applications:
- student register: for access to information regarding detailed grades, course declarations, curriculum, lecturers and contact details, office hours, etc,
- course assessment: easy access to online course assessment questionnaires,
- social networking: chat, sending files, picture, video, friend groups, geo-location information, common interest groups.
The application is accessed through the student's institutional accounts at the University of Athens.

Suspensions of Attendance

Students have the right to discontinue, with a written request /Substantial declaration stating the REASON for suspension and the fact that they are not registered in another Department or School, through the following e-mail address https://eprotocol.uoa.gr (General Application) one month before the beginning of the semester.
The period of suspension of studies may not exceed ( 4) semesters, consecutive or not. These semesters shall not be counted towards the above maximum period of study. Students who suspend their studies as described above shall not retain their student status throughout the period of suspension. After the end of the interruption of studies, students shall be reinstated in the Department.
