Submission of Supporting Documents of Successful Students of the Panhellenic Examinations for the Academic Year 2026-27 (until 20-9-26)

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS/THREE SUCCESSFUL/PASSERS OF THE PANHELLENIC EXAMS (90%, 10% AND WITH THE SPECIAL CATEGORY OF GREEK CITIZENS OF THE MUSLIM MINORITY OF THRACE) ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-2027

The documents/proofs that must be submitted to the Secretariat for the identification of electronically registered students of the Department of Economics of the National University of Athens are:

  1. Photocopy of the ID card or passport if applicable NOT have a Greek identity card. No authentication of the photocopy is required.
  2. Printed registration application from the electronic application of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.
  3. Certificate of Deletion (for newly admitted students who previously studied in another department and have already completed the process of being deregistered from it).
  4. For the category of Greek Citizens of the Muslim Minority of Thrace, the above supporting documents are required. and additional certificate that they are registered in the municipal registers of the Municipality of Xanthi, Rodopi or Evros Prefectures. If they have transferred to another Municipality in another region, then they must send a certificate from the specific Municipality, which shows that they were transferred to it from the Municipality of the above Prefectures.
  5.  Social Security Number Certificate

NOTE: The above supporting documents must be submitted BY 20-9-26  VIA the email address https://eprotocol.uoa.gr (connection with taxisnet codes)).

ONLY in case If the student does NOT have taxisnet codes, he/she can send the supporting documents to the email: maripapa@econ.uoa.gr until September 20, 2026.

  • For the category of successful candidates with 5%

Registrations to the Department of Economics will be made by sending the following supporting documents: either electronically (scanned in pdf format) and not photos from mobile devices) via https://eprotocol.uoa.gr (follow instructions below)  either by registered mail, with receipt and postmark by 21/09/2026 to the address Sofokleous 1 & Aristidou Gripario Megaro, Office 403, P.C. 10559.

 

Department Secretariat opening hours: 12:00-15:00 daily

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

 

a) Printed electronic registration application submitted on the website of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.

 

b) A clear photocopy of the identity card or other public document, which proves the exact date of birth and the nominal details. No authentication of the photocopy is required.

 

c) A clear photocopy of the Graduation Certificate: high school diploma or degree or proof of the school from which the applicant graduated. No authentication of the photocopy is required.

 

d) A clear photocopy of the Certificate of diagnosis of the disease issued either a) by a competent seven-member Committee of the hospital, as established each year, by ministerial decision in accordance with No. F.151/17897/B6/2014 (B'358) joint ministerial decision, or b) by the Committee for examining objections of candidates with serious diseases for admission to Tertiary Education at a rate of 5% which is established by joint ministerial decision, following a recommendation from the Central Health Council (KESY) of the Ministry of Health.

Instructions for Electronic Application for Submission of Supporting Documents 

To complete the APPLICATION  go to the website: https://eprotocol.uoa.gr/login

and select Connection with your personal taxisnet codes,

you will be led to NKUA electronic request submission service and you will select the New Application  , with the choice 10. Submission of Supporting Documents for First-Year Students

α. Create a Request  TO (Sender) : “Department of Economic Sciences''.

b. Attached documents  you will attach the scanned (only in pdf format) copies of the supporting documents/documents that have been requested from you. And after completing the process you will Submission 

Your application automatically receives a protocol number.

 

NOTE: First-year students will be able to receive a Certificate/Certificate of Registration, as well as a Certificate for Military Use (for males), only after the Department Secretariat has completed the verification and identification of their supporting documents and personal information.

After the completion of the above procedure, the relevant certificates/confirmations will be sent to the students' registered email addresses.

 Important Note

 When the details of the registered students are sent to the University by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, a mass SMS will be sent by the University's Computer Organization Department to the registered mobile phones of the first-year students. The SMS will inform the students of their Registration Number.

 

It is noted that the Department Secretariat does not have information regarding the exact completion time of the above procedure.

  1. Create an Academic Account

After receiving the SMS, it is necessary to create the Your Academic Account (Username & Password) via the page: webadm.uoa.gr

Follow the route:

"New User Application" → "Undergraduate Students"

On the website of the Department of Economics https://www.econ.uoa.gr/ following the route:

Students – Electronic Secretariat you will find detailed instructions regarding:

  • the create an Academic Account,
  • the Academic Identity Card issuance,
  • as well as all the necessary information for the start of your studies.

 

ATTENTION: The username and password you will obtain from the process are unique and you will have them until the end of your studies.
