SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS WHO SUCCEEDED IN THE PANHELLENIC EXAMS (90%, 10%, AND WITH THE SPECIAL CATEGORY OF GREEK CITIZENS OF THE MUSLIM MINORITY OF THRACE) ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026
Regarding the documents/supporting documents that must be submitted to the Secretariat for the identity of the electronically registered students of the Economics Department of the National University of Athens, these is:
- Photocopy of the ID card or passport if applicable not have a Greek identity card. No authentication of the photocopy is required.
- Printed registration application from the electronic application of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs.
- Certificate of Deletion (for newly admitted students) who previously studied in another department and have completed already the process of deleting them from it).
- For the category of Greek Citizens of the Muslim Minority of Thrace, the above supporting documents are required. and additional certificate that they are registered in the municipal registers of the Municipality of Xanthi, Rodopi or Evros Prefectures. If they have transferred to another Municipality in another region, then they must send a certificate from the specific Municipality, which shows that they were transferred to it from the Municipality of the above Prefectures.

- For the category of successful candidates with 5%
Registrations to the Department of Economics will be made by sending the following supporting documents:
either electronically (scanned in form pdf and not photos from mobile devices) https://eprotocol.uoa.gr (follow the instructions below) or by registered mail, with receipt and postmark by 15/09/2025 to the address Sofokleous 1 & Aristidou Gripario Megaro, 403 Office, P.C. 10559.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
a) Printed electronic registration application submitted on the website of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.
b) A clear photocopy of the identity card or other public document, which proves the exact date of birth and the nominal details. No authentication of the photocopy is required.
c) A clear photocopy of the Graduation Certificate: high school diploma or degree or proof of the school from which the applicant graduated. No authentication of the photocopy is required.
d) A clear photocopy of the Certificate of diagnosis of the disease issued either a) by a competent seven-member Committee of the hospital, as established each year, by ministerial decision in accordance with No. Φ.151/17897/Β6/2014 (Β΄358) joint ministerial decision, or b) by the Committee for examining objections of candidates with serious diseases for admission to Tertiary Education at a rate of 5% which is established by joint ministerial decision, following a recommendation from the Central Health Council (KESY) of the Ministry of Health.

b. Attached documents you will attach the scanned (only in pdf format) copies of the supporting documents/documents that have been requested from you. And after completing the process you will Submission
Your application will in any case receive a protocol number through an internal procedure.
NOTE. will be given the opportunity to freshmen to receive the certificates/attestations Registration as well as a Certificate for Military Use (for males) when the process of checking the identification of the supporting documents is completed BY the Department Secretariat at emails of students. WHEN the identification check of personal data is completed.

Important Note
When the details of the registered students are sent to the University by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, a mass SMS will be sent by the University's Computer Organization Department to the registered mobile phones of the first-year students. The SMS will inform the students of their Registration Number, therefore, our Secretariat does NOT know when the process will take place. After receiving the SMS, it is necessary to register and obtain a virtual account with Username and Password on the page. http://webadm.uoa.gr by applying, selecting the links: “New User Application” – “Undergraduate Students. On this department website in the path Students – Electronic Secretariat, You will find instructions for creating an academic account, issuing an academic ID, as well as everything necessary to begin your studies.
ATTENTION: The username and password you will obtain from the process are unique, and you will have them until the end of your studies.
