Submit the admission application online athttps://eprotocol.uoa.gr/ from Tuesday, September 1, 2026 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, either by logging in to your University account or via TAXISnet. Applications submitted before the submission deadline will not be considered. Applications must be submitted with all requested attachments without any outstanding issues.

ATTENTION: In the electronic submission, each supporting document will be submitted in the form of one (1) digital file (pdf) that will include all its pages and NOT just the first. In case pages are missing from the supporting document, the application will be marked as INCOMPLETE.

WE ASK INTERESTED PARTIES TO BE CAREFUL WHEN DIGITALIZING THEIR CERTIFICATES.

Clarifications:

  • In place of the certificate of studies, first-year students must definitely attach their success report, which will show their admission department at NKUA exclusively, otherwise their applications will not be considered. Then, as soon as they receive the certificate of registration from NKUA, they must send it to the Student Center secretariat by e-mail, indicating the protocol number of their application.
  • Students who have been successful in another city and who are going to apply for transfer to a department of the NKUA must submit the application for housing within the above deadline, attaching the success certificate and noting in the Solemn Declaration that they are awaiting transfer to the NKUA.
  • Applications from students belonging to a special category (homogeneous, foreign, 5% and Athletes), and if the results are announced by the Ministry of Education with a delay, will be accepted from the day of the announcement of the results for 10 days and their integration into the timely applications of the current Academic Year will be decided by the Student Housing Ephorate.
  • In the Faculty Registration number field on the application, first-year students who do not yet have a registration number will enter 0.
  • Students from other educational institutions are only eligible to apply if they have a sibling/boarder in the NKUA Student Residence. In this case, they must state this in the Solemn Declaration.
  • The age limit is strictly up to 25 years for undergraduate students and exceptionally, applications from postgraduate students and doctoral candidates up to 30 years of age are considered.
  • Foreign students should attach their family and financial information from their Embassy, translated.
  • Expatriate students must attach their parents' financial information and information from Greece if they file a tax return.
  • In the case of divorced parents, you must attach the financial information of both parents. You must also attach the divorce decree and especially the page that mentions custody.
  • E9 is mandatory for both parents as well as the student, even if it is blank.
  • The marital status certificate must include all pages.
  • Submitting an application for accommodation does not imply a request for meals. For information regarding meals, please visit the relevant website of the Student Welfare Directorate of the University of Athens:
