"Historic Shipwrecks and the International Maritime Economy: Connecting the Past with the Future" (an invitation and the programme are attached), organized by the Postgraduate Programme "MSc Shipping and Ports Management", under the auspices of the Department of Ports and Shipping Management of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The conference aims to highlight the long-standing relationship between historic shipwrecks and the modern international shipping economy, offering a fruitful framework for dialogue between academics, industry executives and members of the shipping community.
The event will take place in Saturday, 26 April 2025, and time 11:00 - 15:00, at Benaki Museum (138 Pireos Street, Athens).
