On 3-4 November 2025 organized for yet another year the Innovation Days (i-Days), by the National Documentation and Electronic Content Centre (EKT), as the EIT Health hub for Greece, with the support of the University of Athens and the Fundraising Office.
Students undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students From all scientific fields are trained in developing innovative ideas in the health sectors on challenges inspired by the EIT Health priorities and will address issues such as dehydration prevention in times of heatwaves, healthy eating as a daily habit, clean air and sustainable cities, digital well-being and responsible use of technology, care for the elderly, green hospitals, empowering citizens against misinformation, injury prevention, first aid training and protection of personal health data.
The top three teams will receive cash prizes as follows:
- 1st place: EUR 900
- 2nd place: EUR 750
- 3rd place: EUR 600

COPILOT WORKSHOP SERIES
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), in the framework of its participation in the European project COPILOT organizes a series of educational workshops concerning the innovation, entrepreneurship and Deep Tech technologies.
The seminars are aimed at students and are an excellent opportunity for training and skills development in cutting-edge areas. At the same time, participants will have the opportunity to receive mentoring services from expert programme partners.
The action is supported by the Funding Attraction Office, the Technology and Innovation Transfer Unit "Archimedes", as well as the academic community of the University of Athens and external partners.
Participants will receive a certificate of participation (with certification equivalent to 2 ECTS).
The basic requirement for receiving the certificate is the attendance of all workshops.
What do the COPILOT Workshop Series include?
The COPILOT Workshop Series covers four thematic modules:
- Series 1: From Idea to Startup
- Series 2: The Path to AGI - Technical Challenges, Societal Implications, and the Future of Intelligence
- Series 3: Understanding Deep Tech and Big Data
- Series 4: Building and Funding Deep Tech Proposals
The Workshop Series will take place in hybrid form (face-to-face and online) and the language of the event will be Greek.
