The Secretariat of the Department, in collaboration with the Department of Computerization and the Center for Network Operation and Management, offers students the my-uni service., through which students,

  • will be able to view the Curriculum they are following,
  • be informed of their marks in the subjects they have taken, while
  • will submit their course declarations electronically at the intervals set by the Secretariat.

The teaching staff of the Department, through the same service and according to the assignments of the courses, will be able to submit the students' grades electronically, without the need to distribute paper grades.

To log in to my-uni with your password go to the website https://my-uni.uoa.gr

If you do not have an academic login account, you will need to apply through the https://webadm.uoa.gr/katsika/users/src/index.php

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP A FOUNDER'S ACCOUNT

  • PUBLICATION OF ACADEMIC IDENTITY (Passport)

To apply for an academic ID card log in here (requires the existence of an activated login account) ATTENTION! The photo you upload must be recent, in color, in BOLD LIGHT (close-up - ID type) and must depict EXACTLY ONLY THE FACE of the eligible student. If the photograph does not meet the above specifications, an academic ID card cannot be issued.

 

  • ELECTRONIC AND LIFELONG SERVICE FOR STUDENTS AND GRADUATES

Please be informed that the secretariat ,assists students by telephone or e-mail to the emails listed in the "contact" link of the Department's website.

About issuing certificates by email or through the eprotocol.uoa.gr platform

In the TO field fill in "Secretariat of the Department of Economics" and in the text field , your request (e.g. certificate of studies, detailed graduate's grade, copy of degree, etc.). Then forward the pdf file that will be downloaded to your device (not the link) to one of the student emails (L.Vandoros, O.Loli, M. Papapetrou,).

If there is no access to gov.gr you can alternatively submit a request to the department's secretariat through the page https://eprotocol.uoa.gr/ . ATTENTION: The request must be submitted to the Secretariat of Economic Sciences (and not, for example, the Deanship of Economics and Political Science) so that it can be answered. Once you have finalised your request, you will be notified of the request and a protocol number.

  • For the issue of a certificate of removal from the Department, please request mandatory via eprotocol.uoa.gr, attaching with the application and a certificate of no outstanding books from the library of the department, which you can request from here http://econpol.lib.uoa.gr/ and send the application form here oikonepist@lib.uoa.gr.
  • ΕIMPORTANT for the completion of the issuance of the diploma is to submit the Academic Identity Card to the Secretariat either in person (weekdays 10.00-13.00) or by post (Department of Economics, 1 Sofokleous St., Grypario Hall, 4th floor, P.O. Box 10559, Athens)

Live service every Monday, Wednesday and Friday  10.00am - 12.00pm , at the offices of the Student Affairs Secretariat, Sofokleous 1, Gryparion Hall, 4th floor, office 403.

 

Now it is possible to issue degrees of our University from 2000 and onwards, through the platform "Certificates of Studies" of the gov.gr.

The procedure is carried out electronically, using the Taxisnet codes and the AMKA.

Steps to obtain a degree through the gov.gr:

1. Go to the platform: Visit the website ptyxia.gov.gr or search for the "Certificates of Studies" service on the main page of the gov.gr.
2. Action selection: Select the "Issue a certificate of study" option.
3. Connection: Log in to the service using your personal Taxisnet codes or via a bank account.
4. Confirmation of data: Check your personal details and fill in any blank fields, such as your AMKA.
5. Choice of University: Select the University from which you graduated.
6. Issue of a certificate: Select your study title and publication language and preview your data.
7. Storage: After the process is complete, save the certificate to your device.
