CALL FOR STUDENTS TO BE SELECTED FOR MOBILITY UNDER THE ERASMUS PROGRAMME FOR 2025-26

Interested parties are invited to apply online at

https://eprotocol.uoa.gr/  From  6/2/2025 to 9/3/2025.

  1. The application form is application #16
  2. The form has two options for transfer universities but be sure to indicate a third option in the attached documents so that there is flexibility in the final transfer results.
  3. The detailed score with the M.O. will be obtained from the secretariat and you do not need to upload it.
  4. It is noted that there will be no extension period

The attached documents should be scanned pdf files, OXI PHOTOS OF MOVABLE DEVICES.

Interested students are also informed that there will be an interview procedure by the scientific coordinator of the programme, Assistant Professor. Professor Pantelis H. Kostis. The place and time (the interviews will take place sometime between 10/03/2025 and 14/03/2025) will be determined after the collection of applications and candidates will be informed personally by an informative email.

It should be noted that there are some differences in this year's call compared to previous years' calls:

  • There is no specific number of student places for each Department. However, the maximum number of places and total number of months provided for in each bilateral agreement must be respected.
  • Students can be selected not only for one semester but also for the entire academic year 2025-26.
  • Students who have already been selected through the CIVIS university call (November 2024) can also apply through this call, but ONLY for a different semester from the one they have already been selected.
  • The criterion previously set by our institution to select only students who have passed a number of courses corresponding to one year of study (undergraduate students must be enrolled in at least the second year of study at the time of application) is not applicable.
  • For the first time, students receive a grant for travel expenses.
  • The monthly grant is increased for some countries, due to a change in their categorisation based on the cost of living.
