In order to take part in the swearing-in ceremony, students must apply by 09/09/2026 until 18/09/2026 at eprotocol.uoa.gr (undergraduate oath application #4). It is recommended that you review the terms and conditions of participation as they have been updated. You do not need to attach anything other than your police ID and a room vacating certificate with the application if you are staying in the student dormitory (FEPA).
Graduates wishing to take a political oath are required to attach to the application for the oath a solemn declaration explicitly stating the desire to take a political oath. The commitment is final as a different procedure is followed.
Graduates who cannot (with documentary evidence) be present at a ceremony in general, can apply guidance exception. You will need one application to the departmental secretariat (within the specified application period and entry in the eprotocol.uoa.gr – #1 General Application), along with a certificate (e.g. certificate of employment or residence abroad or outside Attica or the Metropolitan Area for personal reasons - e.g. workload) so that they do not have to take the oath in person but can receive a copy of their degree later after the ceremony.
ATTENTION: Make sure that there will be a response within a reasonable time confirming receipt of the request, while also checking your spam.
