February 2025 Graduate Applications (21-3-25 to 28-3-2025)

Students wishing to become graduates are invited to FEBRUARY 2025 to send ELECTRONICALLY (to  ololi@econ.uoa.gr  with notification (cc) to  lvandros@econ.uoa.gr ) from 21/3/2025 until 28/3/2025, application for declaration of a graduate. Sending the application is a prerequisite for completing the graduate process. The Secretariat does not automatically proceed to the declaration of graduates.

  • The solemn declaration-application for the declaration of a graduate can be completed electronically  Here:  https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr/ekdose-upeuthunes-deloses
  • In the subject line of the mail you will mention "NAME – APPLICATION FOR DECLARING A DEGREE FOR FEBRUARY 2025"
  • In the TO field, fill in "Secretariat of the Department of Economics" and in the free text of the statement, fill in "Registration number - I wish to be declared a graduate of February 2025" while stating and the direction of study (subject area) you have chosen.
  • Then download and forward the PDF file of the Y.D (not the link) to the two above Secretariat emails.
  • Students who have exceeded the number of courses required to obtain a degree (36) and wish to , are asked to indicate in the solemn declaration of graduation which courses (course code - title and grade)  (only from the free choice) wish not to be included in the calculation of the degree. Please note that these courses will normally be mentioned in the analytical grade.
  • Students who have already received a certificate of completion of studies do not need to reapply for a declaration.
  • It is noted that the present is not an application to participate in a swearing-in ceremony.
  • We would like to inform students living in the residence halls that according to the 25/7/2018 decision of the University Senate, must attach with the application form and a room delivery certificate.
  • The attached files of the application should be STRICTLY in pdf format (no photos from mobile devices) and be sent ONLY  at the two above email addresses.
