Classification of Higher Education Graduates - Current Legislation
According to:
- Article 15 of Law No. 3404/2005 (Α΄260) as amended by Article 57 of Law No. 4186/2013 (Α΄193), the Article 6 par. 10 of Law no. 4218/2013 (Α΄268) and the Article 74 para. 3 of Law no. 4485/2017 (Α΄114),
- Having regard to Commission Decision No Φ1/192329/B3 (Government Gazette 3185/B/16.12.2013) ministerial decision as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 92983/Z1 (Government Gazette 1329/B/2.7.2015) ministerial decision
The percentage of classifications is 12% on admission each academic year.
Classification procedure
Candidates will be selected exclusively through qualifying examinations in three courses.
Minimum required score:
- Total score of at least 30 points.
- At least 10 credits in each course.

Deadline for submission: 1 to 15 November each year
Examination Procedure
The qualifying examinations will be held 1-20 December each year.
The schedule is announced 10 days before the first examination.
Special categories of candidates
Candidates with disabilities or specific learning difficulties may request oral examination.
This applies to candidates with:
- Visual impairment ≥67%
- Mobility disability ≥67%
- Dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc.
The application must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
