Representatives of secondary education also participated online in the event, Ms. Sofia Takaoglou, President of the Association of Secondary Education Economists, and Ms. Maria Tzortzis, President of the Attica Regional Department of the Association, whom we warmly thank for their support of the competition.
The Department of Economics of the National University of Athens also warmly thanks the Department's professors Stelios Kotsios, Frangos Kourantis and Pantelis Kostis for their coordination and contribution to the organization of the competition, as well as their colleagues from the University of Thessaly.
From this final phase, the five students who will form the national team for the 9th International Economics Olympiad 2026, which will take place in July in the city of Suzhou, China, will be selected.
