The Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is organizing a two-day conference in memory of the late Professor Simos Meidanis, an excellent scientist and distinguished member of the academic community, who passed away suddenly a few months ago.
The two-day conference on:
"Statistics, Econometrics and Computational Quantitative Methods in Economics"
will be held at the premises of the Department of Economics (Gryparion Hall, Sofokleous 1) at 6 & 7 June 2026.
The scientific papers to be presented, in their final form, should be sent by the following deadlines 31/03/2026 and will be published in a special volume by EKPA Publications.
