Sending the application is a prerequisite for completing the graduate process.\u00a0<strong>The Secretariat does not automatically proceed to the declaration of graduates.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The solemn declaration-application for the declaration of a graduate can be completed electronically\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Here:<\/strong>\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/ekdose-upeuthunes-deloses\">https:\/\/www.gov.gr\/ipiresies\/polites-kai-kathemerinoteta\/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr\/ekdose-upeuthunes-deloses<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In the subject line of the mail you will mention <strong>&quot;FULL NAME \u2013 APPLICATION FOR DECLARATION OF JULY 2025 GRADUATE&quot;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the TO field, fill in &quot;Secretariat of the Department of Economics&quot; and in the free text of the statement, fill in\u00a0<strong>&quot;Registration number \u2013 I wish to be declared a graduate of July 2025&quot; and <\/strong>Please also indicate the direction of study (subject area) you have chosen.<\/li>\n<li>Then download and forward the PDF file of the Y.D (not the link) to the above Secretariat email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Students who have exceeded the number of courses required to obtain a degree (36<\/strong>) and wish to, are asked to indicate in the solemn declaration of graduation which courses (course code - title and grade) \u00a0<strong>(only from the free choice) <\/strong><u><\/u>wish not to be included in the calculation of the degree. Please note that these courses will normally be mentioned in the analytical grade.<\/li>\n<li>Students who have already received a certificate of completion of studies\u00a0<strong>do not need to reapply for a declaration.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It is noted that the present\u00a0<strong>is not an application to participate in a swearing-in ceremony.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We would like to inform students living in the residence halls that according to the 25\/7\/2018 decision of the University Senate,\u00a0<strong>must attach with the application form and a room delivery certificate.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The attached files of the application should be\u00a0<strong>STRICTLY in pdf format\u00a0 <\/strong><u><\/u>and be sent\u00a0<strong>ONLY<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0at the above email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From the Secretariat<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students who wish to be declared graduates in JULY 2025 are invited to send an application for declaration of graduation ELECTRONICALLY (to ololi@econ.uoa.gr) from 19\/08\/2025 until 26\/08\/2025.
