\"Announcement of the second round of applications for the MSc in Applied Economics and Finance\"_<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n

The Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with the Department of Statistics and Actuarial and Financial Mathematics of the University of the Aegean, invites applications for the academic year 2025-2026 for the MSc in Applied Economics and Finance for the three specializations of the programme:<\/p>\n

1. Financial Analysis and Policy (https:\/\/www.mscfinance-uoa.gr\/prosklisi-upovolis-upopsifiotiton-2025-26-gia-tin-eidikeusi-xrimatooikonomiki-analusi-kai-politiki\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n

2. Applied Accounting and Auditing (https:\/\/www.mscfinance-uoa.gr\/prosklisi-upovolis-upopsifiotiton-2025-26-gia-tin-eidikeusi-efarmosmeni-logistiki-kai-elegktiki\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n

3. Public Audit (https:\/\/www.mscfinance-uoa.gr\/prosklisi-upovolis-upopsifiotiton-2025-26-gia-tin-eidikeusi-dimosia-elegktiki\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n

The aim of the programme is to provide scientific specialisation in applied economics, finance, accounting and auditing in the public and private sector. The Programme aims to prepare students for high-level staffing in the private or public sector or international organizations and, in general, to train qualified scientists capable of contributing to the multifaceted development of the Greek economy.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the MSc, alongside the taught courses, students are offered, without additional financial burden, throughout the academic year, the opportunity to participate in:
\n- web-based programs\/seminars Finance, Accounting, Auditing (FAA) Lectures, with speakers from distinguished industry executives and academics, on current issues related to the Programme's subjects.
\n- Up Skills Development Program aimed at developing personal skills and competencies required for the effective management of modern organizations and businesses.
\n- competitions related to their field of study (CFA Research Challenge, ICAEW Business Challenge).<\/p>\n

Courses are conducted using a mixed method of teaching, face-to-face & online, and are held in the afternoons.<\/p>\n
