We would like to invite <strong>up to 5 students<\/strong> from NKUA who are interested in being nominated to participate in the<strong> RBM International Students Experience Week<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0<strong>HKUST(GZ) from 8 to 18 June 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>l\u00a0 <strong>About RISE Week:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The RISE Week Camp is designed to welcome international students into the Red Bird educational environment, offering a direct experience of it <strong>Project-based Learning (PBL) education system<\/strong> and its cross-disciplinary &amp; collaborative approach to learning. Situated in the Greater Bay Area, the camp also provides a valuable context for participants to engage with the region&#039;s <strong>culture and landscape<\/strong> and its ongoing <strong>development in science, technology, and innovation<\/strong>. Through this immersive learning experience, students will gain a deeper understanding of our PBL-driven academic culture while broadening their perspectives on future academic pathways, including potential study opportunities at HKUST(GZ).<\/p>\n<p>The detailed program schedule is still being finalized. In the meantime, you may refer to the attached tentative agenda (attachment 1), the RISE Week guidebook (attachment 2) and <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/t3I4rdZDjdI?si=7Tlj-GTs2o4WPL-D\">event video<\/a> from our previous activity held in January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>l\u00a0 <strong>Financial Arrangements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For this activity, HKUST(GZ) CFT will cover accommodation, local transportation in China (including airport pick-up and drop-off), meal expenses during on-campus activities, and insurance. Participating students will be responsible for round-trip international airfare, transportation and meal expenses during free time, and any other personal expenses.<\/p>\n<p>l\u00a0 <strong>Confirmation &amp; Registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If NKUA would like to participate, please kindly\u00a0<strong>confirm by 25 April<\/strong>, so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the quota allocation in advance. If confirmed, please fill in the students&#039; information in attachment 3 and provide them\u00a0<strong>ID photos<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>8 May<\/strong>. Detailed instructions and requirements can be found in\u00a0<strong>Sheet 2 and Sheet 3<\/strong>\u00a0of the attachment 3.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Greek citizens holding ordinary passports do not need to apply for a visa to travel to China. They can enter China visa-free, with each stay not exceeding 30 days. If others need proof for visa application, feel free to contact me.
