The session begins by outlining the core structure of the model-household, firms, fiscal and monetary authorities-highlighting how these components interact to generate macroeconomic dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will then learn how to translate the theoretical model into a computable form using Dynare within MATLAB, covering model specification, calibration, and simulation of impulse responses.
