{"id":12340,"date":"2026-07-27T14:14:03","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T11:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.econ.uoa.gr\/?page_id=12340"},"modified":"2026-07-27T14:22:25","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T11:22:25","slug":"new-evaluation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.econ.uoa.gr\/en\/the-department\/information\/new-evaluation\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The assessment consists of:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evaluation of courses and teachers by students <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Internal evaluation process<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Curriculum Evaluation by Senior Students<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details in each subsection below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluation of courses and teachers by students <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The evaluation is carried out electronically through the NKUA platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/survey.uoa.gr\">https:\/\/survey.uoa.gr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The questionnaires are completed during the 8th to 10th teaching week of each semester.<\/p>\n<p>The process is anonymous and ensures the uniqueness of each student&#039;s participation.<\/p>\n<p>The questionnaires concern, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the content and organization of the courses,<\/li>\n<li>the quality of teaching,<\/li>\n<li>the training, consistency and effectiveness of teachers,<\/li>\n<li>educational materials and support through the e-Class platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The results are utilized by OMEA for the continuous improvement of the educational process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internal evaluation process <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The internal evaluation process is carried out in accordance with the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) of NKUA and the institutional framework of ETHAAE.<\/p>\n<p>The process is coordinated by the Department&#039;s Internal Evaluation Team (OMEA), in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) of NKUA.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the process, quantitative and qualitative data regarding the educational, research and administrative work of the Department are collected and processed.<\/p>\n<p>The results of course and teacher evaluations are utilized, as well as the inventory data of faculty members and academic activities.<\/p>\n<p>The required internal evaluation reports are prepared and the implementation of improvement actions is monitored.<\/p>\n<p>The results of the internal evaluation are utilized for the continuous improvement of the quality of the Curriculum, the services provided and the overall operation of the Department, as well as for the certification procedures by the National Academy of Sciences of Greece.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Curriculum Evaluation by Senior Students<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Final year students participate in the electronic evaluation of the Undergraduate Studies Program through the NKUA evaluation platform.<\/p>\n<p>The assessment takes place during the 8th semester of studies.<\/p>\n<p>The questionnaire concerns the overall student experience and evaluates, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the structure and organization of the Curriculum,<\/li>\n<li>the quality of teaching,<\/li>\n<li>administrative and electronic support,<\/li>\n<li>the process of preparing a thesis and internship (where provided),<\/li>\n<li>the learning outcomes of the Curriculum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is <strong>anonymous<\/strong> and ensures the uniqueness of each student&#039;s participation.<\/p>\n<p>The results are utilized by the OMEA and the competent bodies of the Department for the continuous improvement and reform of the Curriculum.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0397 \u03b1\u03be\u03b9\u03bf\u03bb\u03cc\u03b3\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03b1\u03c0\u03bf\u03c4\u03b5\u03bb\u03b5\u03af\u03c4\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc: \u0391\u03be\u03b9\u03bf\u03bb\u03cc\u03b3\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03bc\u03b1\u03b8\u03b7\u03bc\u03ac\u03c4\u03c9\u03bd \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b4\u03b9\u03b4\u03b1\u03c3\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03c4\u03c9\u03bd \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc \u03c6\u03bf\u03b9\u03c4\u03b7\u03c4\u03ad\u03c2\/\u03c4\u03c1\u03b9\u03b5\u03c2 \u0394\u03b9\u03b1\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03c3\u03af\u03b1 \u03b5\u03c3\u03c9\u03c4\u03b5\u03c1\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\u03c2 \u03b1\u03be\u03b9\u03bf\u03bb\u03cc\u03b3\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2 \u0391\u03be\u03b9\u03bf\u03bb\u03cc\u03b3\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03a0\u03c1\u03bf\u03b3\u03c1\u03ac\u03bc\u03bc\u03b1\u03c4\u03bf\u03c2 \u03a3\u03c0\u03bf\u03c5\u03b4\u03ce\u03bd \u03b1\u03c0\u03cc \u03c4\u03b5\u03bb\u03b5\u03b9\u03cc\u03c6\u03bf\u03b9\u03c4\u03bf\u03c5\u03c2\/\u03b5\u03c2 &nbsp;
