Flambouras\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the course is to familiarize the student of economic studies with the most important concepts of commercial law, especially the law of commercial companies. The concepts of the legal entity and the enterprise are analyzed and then the basic corporate forms are presented in particular (General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Anonymous Partnership, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyme, Limited Liability Company, Private Capital Company). Emphasis is placed on both the internal structure and operation of these companies, as well as their catalytic importance in economic transactions. Reference is also made to corporate governance, as well as to the basic financial tools of companies (such as bonds). The course concludes with a brief reference to the law of corporate reorganization. It is not required, but it helps in understanding, to have previously attended the course &quot;Elements of Civil Law&quot;.
