Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of the course is to provide students with theoretical and practical training in the most important issues of corporate finance. This course not only presents what work financial managers of a company do and why, but also how they should do it, so as to increase the value of their company. For this reason, it is one of the courses that combines theory and practical applications, i.e. case studies (casestudies). In addition, the course shows students how to analyze and evaluate the financial decisions of companies.<\/p>\n
