Also within the framework of this course, students learn the concept of business planning, while they are taught to make business plans and create their own personal virtual business. Also within the framework of the course, students are given scientific articles published in international scientific journals to acquire additional knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Initially, the course studies the concept of entrepreneurship. Specifically, a historical review is made regarding the evolution of this concept. Then, the terms entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, business owner, business and business management are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship in everyday life and the knowledge required to understand entrepreneurship are also mentioned, while the process of entrepreneurship and the way in which entrepreneurship influences economic development and growth are analyzed.<\/p>\n<p>In the course, the terms uncertainty and risk are analyzed, as well as their relationship with performance. The relationship between people and risk is also given. Then, what profit and performance are mentioned and how uncertainty and risk appear in a business. Finally, ways of dealing with uncertainty and risk are studied.<\/p>\n<p>The concept of innovation and its relationship with entrepreneurship is then studied. The methods of applying innovation in entrepreneurship are also mentioned.<\/p>\n<p>The concept of business opportunity and its characteristics are then analyzed, as well as the forms and types of these opportunities. The next stage of teaching is the identification of business opportunities. Another very important part that is studied is the role of market research in a business. Finally, the international horizon of entrepreneurship is given.<\/p>\n<p>In the process, the methods of shaping the business advantage are analyzed, as well as the product life cycle in relation to the business advantage. We will also see the phases of development of a product and the time of its introduction to the market. After all this, we see the time planning and the business advantage, as well as technology as one of them (advantage). Finally, a clear reference is made to the agreements that may exist in the environment of a business.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the business plan and the elements it includes are analyzed. The selection of the company&#039;s goals and their depiction in the business plan is the next topic of analysis. Immediately after, the forms and structure of the business plan are mentioned, as well as the analysis of its individual parts. Finally, the connection of business sustainability with the business plan is given.<\/p>\n<p>As the course progresses, the steps that a new business must follow are analyzed, e.g. the way it must be organized, the choice of the appropriate location and legal form, etc., while the concept of time and its importance in decision-making are analyzed. The difficulties that an entrepreneur may encounter in his attempt to create a business are then mentioned. Specifically, the concept of business failure and crises of a business will be given. Also, the factors that lead a business to crisis and the symptoms that this business displays before it is led to bankruptcy are presented. Immediately afterwards, the measures that can be taken to deal with a possible crisis are given.<\/p>\n<p>The following is an examination of the ways in which a business endeavor can be crowned with success. An important factor is its leadership, the analysis of the competitive position of the business and the strategy it follows. Certainly, the means of implementing the business strategy followed by a business are also very important, which is why special attention will also be given to it.<\/p>\n<p>In the course, reference is made to the entire financial scheme of the enterprise. The meaning of the term is analyzed and the method of managing working capital is highlighted. The methods of financing the enterprise are given in detail (investors and shareholders, borrowed funds, etc.) and the importance of the human factor within it. Later, there is talk about inventories and the techniques for their effective management. The usefulness of the science of financial accounting in entrepreneurship is also highlighted. The accounting statements of the enterprise and the balance sheet are analyzed. The use of ratios in accounting analysis and the concept of cost accounting are also given. Finally, the use of accounting statements for small businesses in particular is examined.<\/p>\n<p>The usefulness of the science of marketing and the meaning of its existence are then emphasized. The importance of the marketing plan and mix is also explained, as well as their relationship with the distribution, pricing and promotion of a company&#039;s product.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the course concludes with an analysis of the social, geographical and cultural factors that influence the development of entrepreneurship.
