Appropriate software will be used to apply the techniques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>I. Project Management - Timing:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network configuration and resolution<\/li>\n<li>PERT technique - Time uncertainty<\/li>\n<li>CPM technique - Labour costs<\/li>\n<li>Distribution of instruments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>II. Introduction to Simulation:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Objectives of the simulation<\/li>\n<li>Random numbers<\/li>\n<li>Generate random variable values (with known probability function or empirical distribution)<\/li>\n<li>Simulation process - Synthesis of distributions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>III.
