Each topic is first analysed in the light of current problems, presenting the theories that can facilitate their understanding, and then tracing the controversies surrounding the historical development of business in that topic.<\/p>\n<p>Content - Material:<\/p>\n<p>1. History and theory of business development<\/p>\n<p>2. Entrepreneurship and business management<\/p>\n<p>3. Information and uncertainty<\/p>\n<p>4. Corporate finance<\/p>\n<p>5. Labour management<\/p>\n<p>6. Production<\/p>\n<p>7. Marketing<\/p>\n<p>8. Business structure<\/p>\n<p>9. Organisational relations and corporate structures<\/p>\n<p>10. International business<\/p>\n<p>11. State and business<\/p>\n<p>12.
