The course focuses on linking policies and strategies with practical examples from international, European and Greek experience. It is structured in four modules covering sustainable transformation, determinants, financial instruments and implementation strategies.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0391. Sustainable Development Transformation:<\/strong> Concepts, measurement, SDGs, indicators<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0392. Transformation Factors:<\/strong> Competitive advantage, catalysts, globalisation, public policies<\/li>\n<li><strong>C. Funding:<\/strong> Agencies, tools, participatory schemes, international experience<\/li>\n<li><strong>D. Implementation strategy:<\/strong> Culture of change, SDGs &amp; ESGs, Managing change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Evaluation:<\/strong> Mixed system with classroom assignments and presentations.
