Nikolaos Eriotis is assistant professor of Accounting at the National & Kapodestrian University of Athens.  He received a B.A. degree from Pandion University, dept. of Public Administration (Economics), M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Accounting from the Sorbonne University, Paris1, Pantheon at Paris.  Assistant Professor Eriotis possesses an extensive professional experience.  Prior to coming to the National & Kapodestrian University of Athens, he has been senior lecturer of Accounting at the Athens University of Economics and Business.  He has lectured at the undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level at the Athens University of Economics and Business, at Paris 13 University of Paris (Paris Nord University), and at the National Technical University, a variety of courses.  He has also served as a senior economist in the Department of Consumer Protection of Ministry of Development.  Assistant Professor Eriotis authors two books published by the Hellenic Open University.  He has written many articles in numerous academic journals and professional periodicals.  In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he is an active consultant to firms and organizations.  His main research interests are focused in the areas of financial accounting and cost accounting.
